Reaching those milestones in life could be anything, from celebrating a special birthday to recovering from an operation. As we get older, things we used to do become more tricky! We set up this website after our parents started to become more and more dependent on us for support. They wanted to continue to live independently, but were finding some things rather difficult, confusing and sometime impossible! We've spent ages looking for equipment that would help them live their daily lives and allow them to carry on doing the things they like to do.

We want to share our own experiences with others. With the ever-aging population, there must be thousands of people just like us who often ask, "Why don't they make ...?"

There are lots of products out there to help the elderly and those with particular disabilities & needs. However sometimes you can only find these things if you're specifically looking for them. It's a nonsense, because if you don't know they exist you can't find them or use them! On our website, you can simply scroll through the lists of aids; click on the links for more information; search for certain types of support; read our blog to hear how others have overcome the same problems. You may well find yourself saying, "Now, that's a good idea, I'll do that too!"

If you've ever asked why a particular product doesn't have ... (whatever) or why something has such complicated instructions, then get in touch! Not only will we search for simpler things, we'll even work to persuade companies to redesign them or make new products if they don't already exist!
